Qualifications:
- I understand that attending a 90-minute resort introduction tour with vacation ownership presentation is a requirement to receive this discounted rate.
- Valid for one discounted stay per family/vehicle/group.
- All participants must be able to clearly communicate in English and be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (work/student visa not eligible)
- Participants must have a valid state issued identification card (Driver’s License, State ID card) and a valid major credit card or debit card.
- This program is designed for adventurous, vacation-minded couples between the ages of 28 – 70. Qualified singles over the age of 30 are also eligible.
- If married, engaged or have a significant other, you must be accompanied by spouse, fiancé or significant other during your tour.
- Participants must be fully employed or retired.
- Participants must have a verifiable annual income of at least $60,000 USD. You can combine incomes if sharing a household with your significant other. If not sharing a household, one of the partners must individually meet the income requirement.
- Cohabitating couples MUST have documentation showing matching address.
- Unemployed or full-time students are not eligible.
- Participants cannot tour on the date of arrival and will be assigned their tour time by the resort.
- Pets are not allowed on this promotional package.
- All adult guests staying in room must attend presentation.
